Refund policy

We have a  4-7 days return policy, which means you have 4-7  days after receiving your item to request a return. 

  • Products will only be accepted for exchange in case of a damaged item or size exchange request. Returns for refund are not accepted.
  • If the customer does not wish to keep the product, only store credit will be provided. Money refunds will not be issued.
  • An unboxing/opening video of the parcel is compulsory as proof for any damaged product claim. Claims without a proper opening video may not be accepted.
  • If the customer selected the wrong size while placing the order and the size does not fit, it will be considered the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, the return and shipping charges will have to be paid by the customer.

  • If the product is damaged or the wrong size was shipped from our side, the return and shipping charges will be borne by us.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange request, and let you know if it has been approved or not. If approved, store credit will be issued to you within 7–10 business days. Please note that no money refund will be provided.
